Safeguarding training, support and advice

We provide a range of training sessions from Introduction to Safeguarding to Level 3 Training with experienced practitioners. These can be virtual or in person sessions and are bespoke to the needs of your staff and organisation.

We also offer ongoing safeguarding support for an annual fee. This support provides advice to discuss challenging safeguarding issues, reflect on good practice or for policy development. Additional hours can be purchased as required.

‘I found the training really valuable. We had people with a wide range of safeguarding training/experience but even so, I felt the pitch was just right.’ Tim Stevens, Wessex Water Education Advisor

Safeguarding training can be so 'dry'. This was engaging and interactive as Damian incorporated real life examples and lots of opportunities to discuss the situations where safeguarding isn't straight forward.’ Wiltshire Parent Carer Council Staff member

Voice & influence

Co-Design & Co-Production

We are happy to work with you to develop a range of engagement activities. This could vary from a single event to gain the views of a community to a wider programme of activities.

We have experience of policy and practice reviews, online consultation, staff training and engagement workshops for children, young people and adults. We are able to work with you to design the right process to ensure the voices of your community are heard and lead to real change.

Co-design and co-production takes these ideas one step further, working with your community from the start to develop something new. This could be a discrete piece of work to design a new process or create a shared space, or it could be a longer term engagement to develop new programmes or services, empowering and engaging the community from the start and putting them in control of the outcomes.
